Insurance Technology Platform — We Do Not Sell Insurance

This page defines the technology, audience, authority, payment, data, AI, and human-review boundaries that govern every public and private Beneficiary Continuity Guard surface.

Technology platform only

Technology platform only — we do not recommend or sell insurance. Beneficiary Continuity Guard provides digital delivery systems and workflow technology exclusively for licensed insurance companies and licensed insurance broker organizations, including authorized personnel acting on their behalf. This platform is not offered to John Q. Public. In connection with this platform, the technology company does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance, and does not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premiums. Insurance products, professional judgments, and decisions remain solely with the appropriately licensed insurance organization. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by that organization or its authorized payment processor—not by the technology company. Amounts invoiced by the technology company are solely for technology products and services and are not insurance premiums or insurance transaction fees.

Approved licensed audience

The platform is offered exclusively to licensed insurance companies and licensed insurance broker organizations, including authorized personnel acting on their behalf. An individual agent is not treated as an independent public buyer. A professional or service provider may use a restricted function only while acting under an approved licensed organization and the authority that organization has documented.

Activities the technology company does not perform

Beneficiary Continuity Guard is not an insurer, insurance agency, broker, producer, managing general agent, third-party administrator, adjuster, claim payer, settlement administrator, escrow holder, or insurance payment intermediary. It does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance.

Licensed authority and human review

Software can organize records, apply documented rules, surface exceptions, preserve operational evidence, and support a controlled workflow. Insurance products, professional judgments, customer communications, and decisions remain solely with the appropriately licensed insurance organization. Missing authority or required source information must stop the relevant workflow rather than be inferred by the software.

This software output organizes or surfaces information; it is not an underwriting, coverage, claim, settlement, or compliance decision.

AI-assisted software output

The public assistant may explain software functions, implementation, data requirements, support, and licensed-organization controls. It may not provide personal insurance analysis, recommendations, quote or claim guidance, or a transaction. Do not submit confidential customer records, credentials, medical information, personal policy facts, or payment data in chat.

AI-assisted software output is informational and must be reviewed by authorized personnel. It does not make or recommend an insurance decision.

Premiums, insurance payments, and technology invoices

The technology company does not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premium, premium tax, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, or money that creates or changes an insurance right or obligation. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by the licensed organization or its authorized payment processor.

There is no public pricing, Payment Link, Checkout, tip, donation, consumer subscription, quote-to-payment, quote-to-binding, premium, claim, payout, settlement, escrow, pass-through-funds, or third-party seller payment path. Staff may prepare private local technology-service invoice drafts, but provider issuance is inactive unless every written commercialization gate and owner approval is present.

Invoices are for technology products and services only and do not include insurance premium, policy fees, claim funds, or settlement funds.

Customer data duties and truthful implementation states

The licensed organization is responsible for the authority, accuracy, lawfulness, completeness, and permitted use of data it supplies; for defining authorized users; and for notices, permissions, professional qualifications, source validation, retention, and actions outside the platform. Demonstration or sample information must remain labeled as sample or synthetic data. Customer information is described as customer-supplied data. A configured credential or candidate source is not represented as a verified production integration.

Retention, tenant separation, access, and evidence

Production agreements must define lawful collection, retention, correction, export, return, deletion, and end-of-service handling. Private workspace access is server-authorized and limited to an owner-approved organization context. Role checks, tenant boundaries, signed webhooks, idempotent reconciliation, and append-only hash-linked activity evidence reduce risk but do not replace customer governance, legal review, security diligence, or licensed professional judgment.

Where to direct a question

For a technology, implementation, integration, training, support, or organization-access question, use the software discussion page. For an insurance product, quote, premium, coverage, beneficiary, application, policy, claim, payout, settlement, legal, tax, or personal-situation question, contact the relevant licensed insurance organization or other appropriately qualified professional—not this technology company.
